No confirmation

It's been years since I've not been under debt review. Recently I found that it still shows on my credit profile. I sent my documents to Experian but I don't know if they recieved it, logged it or just ignored it. Too much time has been wasted and I'm not prepared to wait 20 days just to find out my dispute has never been logged. Transunion updated my profite within a week.
