Hi there

Lodged a dispute with all 3 bureaux on 14 December 2012 regarding a judgment that was loaded in error. Experian took over a month to acknowledge receipt of the e-mail (where it should have taken 20 business days to investigate and conclude the dispute) versus the others that responded within 24 hours!

Judgments still appear on my credit profile even though I've lodged a complaint and they supplied a reference number to me.

On 16 January I submitted rescission of judgments from the court to the bureaux. Judgments at the 2 bureaux were removed in under a week. Experian - still even waiting for an acknowledgement of my e-mail. So 2 weeks later and I don't even have a reference number and the judgments (of which 1 was listed in error) are still on my profile!

Some real turnaround required within Experian coz their customer service is pathetic
