Do not buy a car from chery imperial

I bought the chery qq beginning of february 2013 from cheryin isando. Since I received the car (4 days after it was approved) it did not want to start. We phoned the sales person and he advised he will come and fetch the car after a week of not hearing from himI then took the car to them. Later that afternoon they advised we can come and fetch the car everything is fine. The car still did not start and I could not see anything that he had done. We phoned him again and again. Eventually we we left the car there and Almost 4 weeks later We got the car and still it did not start and an invalid number plate, After several calls he advised they will come and tow the car he thinks that they should rather give a another car. Suddenly he said we should phone the warranty and ask them to tow the car, As if it was no longer they're problem. Ithey approved another car while I only wanted to know the price! He said he will look for a car of the same price it may take months. The spark plugs in the car weren't even the correct ones and were worn out, there is no petrol filter!
Now he insist i claim it from my cars warranty!! They put more than 200km on my car in those 4 weeks?
