Great KIA vehicle not worth the bad service

During successive services I have experienced disappointing service coupled with a bad and "don't care" attitude. They promise to call and then don't. Afterwards they don't care.
I told them I really like my car, but if I get bad service I would, as a matter of principle, not buy KIA again and I have resolved to do so. Furthermore, the only option left to me is to share my experience with others.
