I recently had an incident where the Rosebank branch where I experienced poor customer service. I was polite about it and even when I had the wrong car delivered, was understanding. When I was saddled with the car for another 3 days I was still understanding. Sadly a promise was made and when I went to collect the correct car the promise was broken I was unhappy and lodged a complaint. Within a week the matter was resolved and I was asked what could help resolve the issue. I told them. They ensured the matter was corrected and sent an apology letter.

Europcar understood that to me principle is very important. I was raised to protect my word like my name. The Hip-hop phrase "Word is bond" ie "My word is my bond" is something all people and companies with any decency should live by. Thank you to those responsible at Europcar for resolving the matter and for proving that the company's heart and culture is a bout delivering great service to their clients.
