When purchasing my vehicle I was advised to take out a paint defect insurance which I could use each month to a value. I first used this in dec 2013. I obtained the forms, 2 required quotes and sent them to the supplier. Since the middle of December I have been awaiting authorisation for the panel beaters to proceed with work. Today I receive communication which includes the quotations with no authorisation and no request for further documentation. The company promises to respond in 48 hours. It's been 4 weeks!!! I would like a resolution to this effective immediately with authorisation to proceed.
