Phone Calls Never Answered

I find it very ridiculous that we even have a Post office in this country since there is no service behind it.
E.g normal cards take 2 months to get to you from U.K because the post officer either doesn't deliver the notification slip to you box until they return the package to sender & since you are uniformed of the existence you miss it. This has happened with packages too.

I have a parcel that arrived from America to local Post office & 4th week nothing still yet supplier has confirmation of it being with them. I cannot reach it because no one picks up their frikkin phone.

Also I don't see the point of having website with contacts for each branch locator's out of 3 numbers listed
