Overnight?

After paying additional money for overnight shipping (R83.47) my small package was received from the seller by fastway on the 30th of April and yet no delivery even today the 8th of May. Additionally it seems my package was sent incorrectly to Cape Town and not Pretoria, I enquired about the package VA0006581220 and was told by Bianca "I will follow up for you, please give me until tomorrow" which has also delivered no reply.

Sorry fastway but 7 working days, 9 days in total for an overnight package is unacceptable, especially considering we required the package content for two business meetings for which as a result I have had to make other plans, costing me even more. Technically I should be refunded in part for this poor service, but instead I will opt to never use fastway again.
