Disgusted by Fastway attitude

Fastway has collected shipment from our company in Midrand on Monday Jan 20th 2014 at 10:00 AM This was an urgent shippment and Tebogo from Fastway Couriers have commited to deliver in Vanderbijlpark on Tuesday Jan 21 2014 in the morning. I have followed up with Fastway Couriers on Tuesday at 12:30 PM, being pushed from Vaal branch to Johannesburg branch then to Pretoria branch blaming of course the Johannesburg branch. Needless to say, delivery will not happen today. This is not the first issue we have had with Fastway or rather VerySlowWay couriers. They lose out parcels, deliver 2 to 3 days later then promissed. Never take repsonsibility.
