I walk into the service dept and basically tell the service manager that if I were the guy sitting outside heads would roll as it was 09.30 and they were supposed to start his service at 08.00. He says stand a little closer as heads might roll from the other side too. Eventually I leave to to the parts dept to purchase something - as I walk out the door he yells "" I turn around and ask if he always speaks to his customers like that. He obvioulsy never heard as he came outside and "asked in a lousy tone of voice" what I had said. I repeated... do you always speak to your customers like that... He mumbled something or another and I went into the parts dept. Eventually the same person appeared with my parts but I overheard him telling the lady behind the counter to double the price. She used he calculator and gave me a price (normally one looks the price up on your system. When she told me the price I said "no thanks, I will rather go to a scrap yard". I greeted her and went off on my merry way.

Then I went to Kia right next door who were the most friendly folk around. Well done Kia and your team!!
