Pathetic Customer Service

Two Weeks ago i went for a quote on a left spot light.
I was quote R220 for the lens, the week after i came with the cash and my budget to purchase the item as agreed with Mike.
On the day of purchase and agreement of pricing... Both Mike and assistant refused that i delt with any of them as the price is incorrect.
It is not the first time i came to buy parts at this scrap yard where the prices change daily.

Mike and his team stated that they do not care if i do complain.
They swap names with each other to cover for themselves.

The previous 2 occations they sold the incorrect part to me and promising that if the part does not fit or work they will credit the goods.
it happend to not fit nor work and i was told that electrical parts new or 2nd hand is non refundable as well as incorrectly supplied goods.

As i came back for another part it was a laughing matter to the staff that i came back to buy more parts.
This time around i got cause i saw them treat all clients the same as well as remarks while an African Client walked out their shop.

That was and will be the last time i ever purchase my good at Maitlands Shell Ultra Speed Service scrap Yard.
