Moms Uif Assist
Waiting for 7 months

I've paid R600 for an extremely incompetent bunch of people, mainly the Pretoria branch. Firstly they kept giving me wrong information regarding the claims process. After going through the effort of doing the hour drive to their offices my forms were submitted. 3 Months later and no news I tried contacting them which is nearly impossible as they hardly ever answer their phones. Eventually I get an sms claiming "a lack of communication from the UIF", so I need to let the company know when I get paid, seriously. I contacted the UIF myself, with no trouble, just to find out there's a mistake on one form. It took me a month to get this sorted out because the company is so pathetic. 2 Months later the excuse is still " a lack of communication from the UIF". But when I call them they answer every time! In the meantime I get an sms claiming I've been paid, and on inquiry they claim misinformation was given to them... This is just in broad strokes, the whole situation is pathetic!
