Lazy, rude and obnoxious

Quoting my direct complaint to them and absolutely no answer from Boardmans after 1 month. I will further escalate until I get an answer and apology: I was in your Boardman outlet in Canal Walk shopping centre today at 1.10pm for some table trays and it was marked with 40% off. There were no prices on any of them and I approached your cashier for assistance. The gentleman was busy and called for one of your staff, Songki or whichever way one would spell it. She strolled to the counter. No greetings, no hello, glum face. She checked the price, gave me some prices, in which I inquire if it was the price after discount. Of which I was greeted with a pursed lips, like it was a huge favor. Back to the screen. She rattled off the discount amounts that will be given for each respective items eventually. I asked for the exact price I have to pay and she got hostile, saying she can't do that, and shoved the computer screen at me. Is this the kind of attitude customers pay for? And Boardmans of all places. I get much better service in Mr. Price Home, despite the price difference in the merchandise.

I am expecting an answer and apology and I am not intending on letting the matter rest.
