YOU CANNOT HAVE A TROLLEY WHEN YOU SHOP @ MR PRICE

My dad & myself went into Mr Price N1 City to purchase items. I then went to the ladies wear but my dad was stopped at the door by a security woman. The security woman said that my dad cannot take his trolley with him in the store? Then a couple goes passed with their trolley with a 5yr old in it? My father was given no option, but to sit outside with his trolley, therefore he was unable to purchase? When it was my turn in the queue I had requested to spk to the manageress Donna Lubbe. I ask her why? Then an option was given to park the trolley at the door? Apparently a woman was "knocked down" with a trolley in her store? How can Mr Price "paint all their customers with the same brush" because of 1 incident? Why is it that we have been to other Mr Prices with our trolley? Donna mentioned we can leave our trolley at the door as the "security does a good job." All very well saying that but how can 1 security guard keep an eye on trolleys, while monitering the door? What happens if parcels are from the trolley? Mr price then wont be responsible? And lastly there is no visible sign that says we cannot walk in with a trolley? Mr Price you are going to loose ALLOT of business!!!
