FAULTY VEHICLE DEALER REFUSED TO FIX

We have purchased a bakkie from new dimension 1 week after purchase the vehicle didnt start, after analysis it was noted that the diesel pump was an issue the motor rite refused to repair the vehicle as it was still in the 1st month of purchase. the dealer has subsequently refused to meet us or repair the bakkie. we have taken the casew to the cpa and have no joy to date. his is the worst dealership to deal with and they have a reputation to of being thievs as i am not the 1st person that has taken him to cpa. i will be contacting the ombudmen for ABSA as they should not be providing this dealership with finance. i feel the claim should be between ABSA bank and New Dimension motors as he has benefitted from this as well as taking my deposit of R10000. The owner will not even consider repairing the bakkie which clearly was a fault from his dealership.
