I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Priscilla Du Toit, for the excellent service she provided me today. Priscilla helped me to review my premium, although the review didn't make much of a difference to my premium just her approach and the way she handled the call was impeccable.

I have mostly been pleased with the service I receive when I call the call centre. However, Ms. Priscilla Du Toit's professionalism and ability to get to the results quickly exceeded my expectations.
