Terrible Product

Factory direct was recommended to us but the Bed&Breakfast industry here in Port Elizabeth. Based on this information we purchased a bed and everything was great for the first three months.
We have had the bed for approximately a year now and it has turned into a pathetic lumpy excuse for a mattress.

My wife and I have to in holes separated my a "mountain range" running down the length of the mattress. Not only this but the mattress keeps sliding off the base for no apparent reason.

We have contacted the company and, when we can get through, promises are made but nothing gets done.

To anybody reading this, please don't buy from Factory Direct. The only thing they can supply effectively is back trouble!
