Overcharged

Was informed by Brenda that a pensioners discount was included in the invoice. This was definitely not the case and I was also charged a labour rate of R762-50 per hour instead of R610-00 per hour for 2 hours work. A refund was promised by Ettienne Smit on various occasions but has still not materialised since 23 September 2013. Job card 95H59480 -total labour cost R1525-00, Sundries R708-00, Parts R688-00 for a minor annual service which took just under two hours while I sat and waited for the vehicle, a 2002 S40.
