Deducting money off my account when they want to

Good morning. I am truly upset this morning! I have been paying a service for a couple of years that I only used once. So I basically wasted thousands of rands for nothing. I have a newborn baby, so obviously I need to be able to provide for him... hence leaving some money in my account for when an emergency may occur. SO THANKS to CCV, i now have R34 in my account, due to incorrectly deducting money off my account! Its not payday yet, my policy clearly states on the 25th of every month!!! I will not refer them to anyone! I already sent an email for a cancelation.
