Please help. A violation notice was sent to a colleague of mine with my name on. The notice indicate that I am owing toll fees to the amount of R186.09 for more than 7 days. However, there are no details of my vehicle, number plates, date and times when I used the toll roads. I tried to contact the call center number that appears on the violation notice but in vain as there is no answer at the other end. I need to verify the account before I can pay. Can someone from SANRAL please help!!! I dont want to be blacklisted or the account to accumulate charges.
