Service at MTN business

Some time back I tried to get a few phones in our modest size company registered onto one business account. After numerous trips to vodaworld, getting all their documents signed, which involved sending the documents to our external accountants, randburg, internal accountant, Singapore, and CFO, Austin tx, I was then given the two fingered salute and told that I would have to sign surety in my personal capacity for all the phones. Bear in mind this is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Nasdaq listed company that is very much in the black.

Anyway, I then went off to MTN business where I dealt with Abdul, and starting venting my frustration and telling him not to waste my time if he is going to send me on the same run around. He assured me that I should leave things with him. The next day he started delivering phones and modems to my office and handled the porting of my number from vodacom.

I would recommend anyone considering a business contract not to waste your time with vodacom and go straight to MTN business. The main difference seems to be that they delegate authority to their sales consultants and they are actually allowed to make decisions in the interests of both parties.
