This is not a business you are running its a joke. We booked for a collection in Johannesburg to Limpopo. The package was collected the next day early in the morning I start receiving please call me's from an unknown number I thought it could be a family emergency so I get out of class n call only to find out its their driver I tell him I'm the client so he must call n hang up so I call their office in Johannesburg only to be answered but a very rude woman. I am a second year PR student n I know all there is to know about customer service its our job to maintain a good relationship with both our internal n external stakeholders. She actually asked if I see a problem with the driver sending me please call me. First of all i walked out of an important session thinking its an emergency. She even hung up the phone on me twice never using their services ever again to think they have been around for so long they should know bette
