Refuse to accept cancellation

Couldn't get through to anyone after signing the contract to cancel it after discovered what was said during presentation differs totally from what was written! Six weeks later when I managed to get hold of Hannelie, I was told that it is too late to cancel because the 5 days expired. This is the way they operate-unable to get hold of the until its too late to cancel! People must spread the word that this is a and never trust that what they say is the truth-read the contract first!
