CANCEL MTN CONTRACT

My contract has expired but i cannot cancel it, i have tried 808 10 times over and it does not give me an option to cancel my contract or speak to a representative. ive gone to 2 of your branches and they have told me that they cannot do anything? how does mtn operate? you teach your employees about signing contracts but not cancelling? so its convenient to take money but you cannot give it back when its due? this is complete nonsense! rest assured i will not be signing up with mtn again.
