RE FALLEN TENT AND FAULTY MACHINE USED

Doves Funeral Service was helping us during time grievance of when we lost our father Mr B.D.Mayeza we have done paperwork with Kwamashu branch, on the day of funeral I was so embarrassed when the machine to bring casket down could not work we had to wait almost 20-30min and ended up bringing it down manually. Again the tent flew away, I personally ran after it. I then reported to the area manager mentioned above who came back to me and apologised on behalf of the company and said it was factory fault and they have already sent the machine for repairs and they have decided to compensate the family with 10% back of what we paid. My complaint is I have never been compensated as her promise, I send her email asking her to put her response in writing she has never done it, and now I am getting no response from her. Kindly assist in this regard because we must get the money back as we could not use the 2 as packaged (machine and tent).
