We filed a claim on the 18th Dec for the funeral to be processed so we can get money for the funeral on Sunday. I was then called by one of the consultants, notifying me that they won't be able to process the claim because the amount on the invoice issued by the undertaker/motuary was not equivalent to the amount my grandma was covered with. Now, there are so many things that are prepared prior the funeral, including the cow that needs to be bought. How are we supposed to get those invoices/slips if we are still waiting for Doves to transfer the money??? Are we supposed to spend all the money on a coffin only?? Doves is not supposed to tell us how to use OUR money!! Doves is so 'white', they don't consider our beliefs and our rituals which is so not human. Doves should start being sympathetic and stop harassing us while we are dealing the with loss of our loved ones!!!
