Used car sales

After test driving and accepting to buy a used car which was agreed by the sails rep to be at a price of R55000. after payment and on collection another sails rep said the car was being sold at a price of R80000. after much debate I insisted on a refund. the sails rep said he could refund me R50000 but would keep R5000 for the new tires I supposedly insisted on. the tires were part of the deal as an added free measure as the previous sails rep had told me.
