Can't see how the vehicle passed roadworthy

In March I purchased a Landrover Discovery 4. I took delivery of the vehicle and went on holiday with the vehicle. In Ramsgate I got fined for the vehicle tires tread being worn. When I got back I notified Wayne the sales person, and advised me I should bring it in. I was assured the tire tread was fine. On friday I went to Minty's tires in Sandton, just to do rotation and aligment, where Yusuf showed me the horrible state the tires were in, two of the tires even started to perish. This on a set of tires that was supposedly fine, and have done a mere 3000km since purchase. I had no choice, but to replace at least 2. I can't believe my family's safety has been placed in some much danger. This is over and above the constant issues I have been having with the vehicle's battery and electrical system. I've had to get it jump started 5 times in the last month. This on a vehicle that was over R450 000, not what I expect.
