Your terrible service shocked me!!!

Today, I got a flat tire on the Krugersdorp (N14) highway - the most common highway known for most high jacking's and attacks on vehicles!
I phoned the AA immediately to assist me as I felt unsafe being woman alone close to open fields and on the high way! I told the guy that I am really scared and that he must please send someone to assist immediately. He promised to do so. I have waited 5-7 minutes and phoned again as I got anxious-I am used to Crisis on Call who phones within 2 minutes to confirm arrival time and stays on the line until assistance arrive to keep us calm. I phoned the AA 4 times (recorded my phone calls as proof) and no feedback. The only feedback: "we are working on the case". My fianc?? who came all the way from Pretoria (40 minutes drive from where I was) was there before I even got a call back from the AA. I called again and told the guy to cancel their so called "assistance".(1hour and 10 minutes later). I then phoned my mom and dad (members for 30 years) immediately to convince them to cancel their membership. There are much better road assistance than the AA! I have had the worst experience of my life and that just because of you!!
