I am disappointed at how the call centre agent at AA Road Side Assistance handled by case this morning. I contacted AA notifying them that my vehicle has broken down and spoke to an agent arranging for me to be assisted. She promised I would be assisted within 75 minutes and I understood although this estimation was rather excessive in my point of view - for a client to be on the side of the road waiting in an unfamiliar area for that duration of time is irresponsible of the service provider. To make matters worse, not once did the agent contact me to check on my well-being or whether I had received assistance at all. I had to call them again only to be told by "Agent 2" that I would be assisted shortly - the definition of this shortly was an additional 24 minutes in excess of the hour and 11 minutes that elapsed between the first call and the second call.

When the truck finally arrived, the driver just drove right passed me. I found myself chasing after him on foot for a distance of about 45 meters. On arrival, the gentleman got off his vehicle but did not identify himself to me - I suppose he told himself "its this desperate one I guess". I am very disappointed in todays servi
