UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED

I took my vehicle to Supa Quick Kemptonpark (Festival Mall) branch for alignment. I parked my vehicle on the test bed and 25minutes later I got a sms saying that my vehicle was done. When I got to the branch my vehicle was nowhere to be found. The technician took it for a test drive without my consent. Looks like it; with his buddy and left my vehicle 200m away from the branch. When confronted he said he couldn't find the anti-hijack button. I went to collect my vehicle and noticed immediately that the guy fiddled everywhere to find that button, even wires were hanging out from underneath the dashboard. And the cherry on the cake was that he didn't even tell his manager that he left my vehicle unsupervised. I took the matter up with their head office and corrective action will be taken against the guilty party. Watch out for these things people; never leave your vehicle unattended. I can tell you one thing; I will never make that mistake again.
