My car had an engine light reflection on the speedometer, then I took it to VW in carletonville in the beginning of October 2013. I drove the car there so that they can have a look at it. They suggested that I live the car as it had a machenical /engine fault. On the very same day, they gave me a qoutation for the car's overall cost, which amounted to R13, 500. After a week, I went back to check the progress on the car, the car was not fixed. Then after complaining they gave me one o their own cars so that I am be using it. Since October last year up until now my car is not fixed, and when I make follow ups they keep on telling me that I will have it next week, its next week after next week. Now they have given me another car to use, but the disc has long expired. I am frustrated because they cant seem to be coming up right with my car. They have also called me to asing if the car was running or it was tored when it went to them. I have been going from pillar to post with them regarding my car. My car is a VW Polo 1.4 TDI registration number RXT 378 GP, its black in colour. 2005 model.
