Fiat Alfa East Rand
Poor service and workmanship

On the 17th of July 2013 we took my Fiat Siena to Fiat Alfa East Rand for a replacewment clutch master cylinder as the slave cylinder was replaced 3 months prior. After 4 days the car once again could not select gears and when we phoned the manager Johan Grobler to request him to collect the car he said that he was too busy. I mailed a complaint to Fiat SA and they arranged with Fiat Alfa East Rand to send two technicians to my home. These technicians bled the system and left saying the car was alright. After 2 days the car once again didn't want to select gears. I once again phoned Johan from Fiat Alfa East Rand and he had som excuses of how busy he was and that he would try and make a plan and he would phone me back. He never did, so I phoned Fiat Alfa East Rands dealer principal Eric. Johan arranged for the car to be collected 2 days later. The car was with Fiat Alfa East Rand for three days and Johan said that the car was sorted out. On Saturday 17 August the car once again could not select gears.By now I decided to send a mail to Fiat SA and requested that Fiat Alfa East Rand don't try to repair the problem as they could not succeed.
