Bad service and left to starve to death

On 28/2/13 I placed and order for pizza at wonderpark @7.30PM on and i was told that my food would arrive at 8.20PM i waited and waited and when i phone the store at 9.00 I was told that my food is on its way it should be there in the next 5minutes to suprise that never happened at 9.30PM i phoned again and spoke to the manager and i was told that my order is in the store and they cant deliver according to the manager, after waiting for 2hours and 30min for my food, and the manager just said how about we deliver you the food tomorrow morning and offer you a discount How pathetic why couldnt he say that why dont you come and collect them by the store.
