Terrible Service from BMW Northcliff Auto

I took my car in for service on the 10th of January at BMW Northcliff, they called me on the day to say the car is ready for collection. I went to go collect my car and Mandy told me my car is not completed but i can take it home and bring it back and i asked her when i should bring it back she said anytime. Yesterday because i had time i went back and the receptionist lady was so and rude and wouldn't assist me. Another lady helped me and i found Mandy then she said to me i cant just pop up as she is busy, i should have made an appointment because she's busy. So i told her that she should have made that clear on friday because i did ask her. i walked out and discovered that the delivery truck had parked me in. So i went to the security to ask him to assist me by getting the truck driver to come move the truck and he told me he is busy. At this point i was livid so i went back inside the dealership and asked for the Dealer Principal, Chris and he refused to come down and talk to me. I was stuck there for over 20 minutes. Now i am busy driving around with an uncompleted car, this is unacceptable. i reported the matter to BMW South Africa and nobody has since gotten back to me
