Bad Service

Requested a quote from them and got it via email yesterday at 12h40. I signed and mailed back by 15h00 same day. 24 hours later they call me and tell me there is no truck available. Then they offered a small truck that cant move all my stuff and I need to pay more if the truck needs to come back. When asking the manager what happened in 24hours that they could not respond to my sign quotation I was told sorry we are busy and receive so many emails and phone calls they just could not get back to me. When I told him then there is something wrong with their system cause they should get back to signed quotations quickly to let people know what is going on he said to me I do not have a clue and their is nothing wrong with their systems and ways of operating. I said this is unacceptable and not professional where he just responded with that's maybe the reason why they have been in business for so long.

I will never do business with such unprofessional company like Eezi move and their so called managers.
