No phone call and blatant

I Took my car in on Wednesday 67/02/13 for a warning light that flashes. Winston assisted me and asked me when i would like to fetch the car and I told him any time as long as it is before the end of the day.
At 16H00 after not hearing anything from Winston, I contacted Mc Carthy N1 city and Winston told me the car will have to stay for another day or I can get it and Bring it back the following day.

Today Thursday 7/2/13 i had to contact him again to ask whether my vehicle is ready to be collected and the receptionist of the services department told me Winston was busy in the workshop and I left a message, I called back 30 minutes later, She didn't give him the note and she said he is busy with a customer. Well another 30 minutes later i called and guess what she said, She told Winston. Its this Janine Lady again, what do you want me to tell her.

What the cheek, blatantly lying to customers when you are supposedly busy, and Winston not even phoning me to say they are not done with the carat 17H00. 30 minutes before they close.
i even gave then a good review when I was there on Wednesday Morning.

Never ever will i use their services again
