Contract termination

Ive avoided going this route to trying to solve my query but with the lack of communication from statinsky ive got no choice!!
Ive been a loyal client since 2010 and when asked about their service and products to people that pass me by on the road, ive given nothing but good references because untill now ive had good service!!
Now comes the horrible service!!! After noticing I wasnt paid for December I noticed my contract was cancelled and no explanation was given.as per my contract I was suppose to receive either a letter/ call or email 7 days before my contract gets terminated... ive logged numerous help desk queries since the 28th dec untill now I havent received any feedback..yes I understand they were closed over the festive period but for goodness sake its the 15th and still I havent had anything back..all I want to know is WHY WAS MY CONTRACT TERMINATED WITHOUT COMMUNICATION!!!
