Groupon endorsing and consumers loosing out

I bought a voucher on Groupon for a major car service as well as Aircon Regas with BUDGET AUTO CAPE. I took my car in today and I am shocked at the level of service I have received. The whole thing is a! I had to pay in R 320 for spark plugs as well as R 280 for oil over and above the voucher so this so called MAJOR SERVICE is working out to the same amount as a normal service, not to mention them putting down the phone on me twice as they are refusing to do my service unless I buy brake pads from them too which is not part of servicing the vehicle, and they are holding me ransom here! It is disgusting and I can assure you I will never buy from Groupon again if this is the kind of people they are affiliated with! I am warning everyone do not get involved with BUDGET AUTO CAPE they are the biggest liars and artist I have ever met and they don't care for their clients they told me straight to get my car as this is costing them money and basically too bad for me!!! I am Horrified!!! Why do a groupon deal if it's going to cost you money!!!
