DISGUSTING service!!

I purchased a Groupon for a major service and Aircon regas from BAC. I took my car in and was told that I would be called within an hour and be informed if there were any other issues re: my car.

I was called and informed that there is a problem with the fuel injector, cv joints and break pads, but they haven't completed the check and will call me in another hour, but i told them to NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL THEY'VE COMPLETED THE CHECK AND CONFIRMED WITH ME FIRST.

Got another call, with the value of "issues" totaling R7500 including a timing kit, LCA bushes, tie rod ends, ball joints. I gave them my dads number, so they could discuss it with him. We agreed to no additional fixes on the car.

Akbar (not sure if that's he's name) then informed my father that he had already done the fuel injector because he received permission and 5 minutes later told me he hadn't.

Ultimately, because he could not do the fuel injector, he claims he could not do the service!

This man could not us and make extra money, and because of this he claims that the service and regas could not be done! I went to collect my car before any damage could be done!

THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!
