Staff attitude

I always find when ever I go in to Perky Pets, the staff and especially management are rude and unhelpful. a few staff behind the till are not kind, rude and dont even greet.

The management talk about the customers while we are still standing there as well as one of the managers/owners is very rude and aggressive, he shouts and has a go at quite a few people while we are still standing there and his temper is very short.

I always find that they dont call the staff to one side at talk, they will shout from the office.

I find it very disrespectful and savage like to shout, yell and backstab in such a manor when it is suppose to be a business.
