Why should I even Pay

For the past 2 years SABC does not bother to notify me of the licence renewal... not an email, not a letter in the post and heck not even an sms.
BUT yet out of the blue sky I will receive an sms notifying me that I have been taken to the attorneys for outstanding payment.
Please NOTE I will not be paying until such time that I receive decent notification in the form of an invoice giving me the valid time to pay.
The quality of the shows on Sabc are shocking and boring yo say the least. I would rather pay DSTV!!!
