Death claim withdrawal

We've been waiting for over 5 months for a death claim withdrawal. We don't get any response or feedback from anyone, instead they make up excuses about paying out. At first they they said they had a problem with IT department then now its the tax directive. Not to mention the poor service by staff member. Really disappointed by the level of service.
