No payment or processing of my claim

My withdrawal from the fund was submitted 21 Dec 2012 and till today there payout has not been done and I have repetedly called the call centre to check the status and im told that the withdrawal does not even appear onto their system which is rather strange, yesterday Thulisile Zwane called me to say she will only work on it Monday and it will take her 14 days to complete the process of putting my claim into their system
