The worst mistake I made was being a good South African and registering for e-tag. I am so sick and tired of Sanral, their system has been down for two weeks and no one knows why. Ever since this has come into effect it has been nothing a pain for me. You can't pay online coz payments get lost, you go in to pay and payments don't reflect. the biggest mistake I made was registering. I receive invoices every week, I don;t get a detailed transaction report, my payments don't reflect on my account. I pay in advance but nothing shows on there. I get handed over to VPC and when I want to pay the amount due I get told I can't as they haven't issued a tax invoice. When I phone the call centre I must listen to a automated voice screaming in my ear and then I get through to customer services where the people can bearly speak english, when I do get through to someone who understands I get cut off. I have had it with Sanral and I will NOT be making anymore payments, the e-tag will be removed from my car. Until you can sort your issues out i am not interested!!!
