Sanral sent me a bill which a paid via EFT with EXACTLY the reference number stated on the bill. Weeks later, the ammount has not reflected in my account and my debts has been handed over to debt collection.
Turns out, SANRAL cannot read the spaces they themselves have put in the reference number.
It has now taken me several e-mails and the full ammount is still not reflecting in my account. First communciation indicates that it takes 2 days to reflect in my account. After 2 days I sent another query. Now the feedback is that it can take up to 5 days to reflect in my account. How can they take so long to reflect payment into your account whilst they have a 7 day grace period before unpaid items are sent to debt collection? This is unreasonable.

I wish to not make use of their services, but have no other alternatives.
