Pathetic service

I ordered a parcel from Italy in December 2013, and was expecting delivery then. Up to today I still haven't received my parcel. It was delivered at my local post office but then returned for reassessment due to incorrect custom duties. We are now at mid-Jan and I still haven't heard anything and when I try to track my parcel, their contact centre number is never answered I mean how busy can people be and why do they even have a contact centre if they wont answer. I'm very annoyed and disappointed to trust that they will deliver my item in time. Shame on EMS!
