Changes to CC name not done

On the 4th of November 2013 I sent all my detail for a name change to SWIFTREG. I was promised that this will take max 6 weeks.
I again visited their premises in early Desember just to find out they have not done anything to this application of mine.
Last week I again called as the 6 week period is long gone only to be told that they need a copy of my ID and that they sent me an email. They sent the email to an email address that is totally different than the one I completed on their form.
I sent them my ID and was told another 3 weeks wait..
This is real bad for me and I would never use them again
