Dekra cannot deliver what they advertise

Dekra Gezina cannot do a roadworthy for a motorcycle because they "have already done 26 for the day"? What nonsense is this, at 16:10 they can't help me, although operational hours are until 17:00! The other branch in Gezina can't help because their system is off-line! Pta North can't help me because at 16:23 "it is too late, maybe try tomorrow morning". This is not acceptable.
