No response concerning my online pin

About three weeks ago i completed an online form in order to view my profile online. I was requested to send a copy of my id to a certain email address in order to register as an online user. A week after i sent the id i sent an email to AF requesting feedback on the progress of my application. This has no been two weeks after i requested feedback without any response. Ridiculous behaviour of such a reputable firm!!
